- How is tier progress calculated and when does it reset?
- Is cashback based on deposits, stakes, net loss or eligible gameplay?
- Which games, tables and payment methods are excluded?
- Can the operator change or remove benefits without notice?
- Does accepting a VIP reward add wagering or withdrawal restrictions?
Do not chase status
A level is not a financial asset. Never increase deposits or losses only to unlock a badge, account manager or advertised cashback rate. Set a budget before play and treat all rewards as optional.
Evidence to keep
Save screenshots of your tier, progress, benefit table, expiry and support commitments. If the terms are unclear or unavailable, do not assume the most favourable interpretation.
